Unfortunately Dublin will be playing their hurling in Div 1B next year. While the team have played good hurling it was always in patches and too many games were lost in a few short minutes.Interestingly, three teams from Div 1B have made the semi finals this year so its not a bad place to be..This happened yesterday just after half time when Clare took over due to a series of poor puck outs and short passes by Dublin. The focus for now must be on the championship when our opponents are Galway. The players will get back to their clubs for a few weeks and the local championship will take off. Dublin can still have a very good Summer. It was a great week for Dublin camogie with the u 16’s, minors, Premier B and seniors having good wins. Well done to all concerned. Vincent Peters from Kilmacud Crokes is the winner of the television which we offered as a prize to be raffled for all signed up members. Congrats to Dublin South who won the Top Oil Post Primary Juvenile Leinster final with a very impressive score of 3 -19 to Good Counsel’s 0-7.
