Congrats to our wonderful minor team on winning the Leinster final last Saturday. The scored 6-19 which is an extraordinary tally. Luke Swan won man of the match and scored 3-1. Dublin last won the minor final in 2016 and Paddy Smith was captain and he is now a regular on Pat Gilroy’s senior team. So we can look forward to some of the present team stepping up in the next few years. It augurs well for the future of Dublin hurling and compliments to John Costello, Colm Burtchael, Mike Connolly and all who are helping to make Dublin a strong hurling county. Our senior camogie team play Meath on Saturday next at a Meath venue and a win is essential to guarantee a quarter final spot.
