David “Dotsie” O’Callaghan and Tomás Brady scooped the top honours at the recent Friends of Dublin Hurling annual event. Dotsie claimed the overall player of the year on the back of an outstanding league and championship campaign which also netted him a first All-Star nomination, while Brady claimed the young hurler of the year for his solid displays in defence throughout the year.
