Mark Schutte hopes to return to Dublin’s starting team for their SH Qualifier campaign.
Although named in the initial XV, the corner forward sat out Saturday’s sobering Leinster semi-final defeat to Kilkenny with a calf injury.
“We were just playing an A versus B match the week before the Kilkenny game and I felt this pull on the calf,” he explains in The Irish Daily Mirror.
“It was a bit disappointing but I should be back for the Qualifiers anyway. I’d like to think I’ll be back training fully next week so that will give me a good two weeks of training before the Qualifiers.”
