ST VINCENT’S 0-17 BALLYBODEN ST ENDA’S 1-14
A late sideline from David Sweeney saw reigning champions Ballyboden snatch a draw in this Evening Herald Dublin SHC ‘A’ Group B duel at Páirc Naomh Uinsionn on Friday night.
The accuracy of Thomas Connolly helped Vincent’s into a three-point half-time lead but six minutes into the second half a Simon Lambert goal brought these keen rivals level, 0-11 to 1-8.
However, the Marino men clung to a two-point lead in the final minutes before scores from Shane Durkin and that Sweeney sideline saw the sides share the points.
