Cormac O’Malley and the boffins over on hurlingstats.com have pointed out to us that the following records are there to be broken by the Dublin Minor and Under 21 hurlers this year. The Minor Double All Ireland in Football & Hurling has been done 5 times to date: Dublin twice in 1945 & 1954 Cork twice in 1969 & 1974 Tipperary once in 1934 The Minor and U21 All Ireland Hurling double has been done 10 times, but never by Dublin Kilkenny have achieved it four times; 1975, 1977, 2003 and 2008. Cork three times in 1969, 1970 and 1971...
