DUBS STARS….1-24
DUBLIN…………0-21

NEW Dublin hurling manager, Pat Gilroy, was well pleased with today’s annual Dublin Bus/Herald offering on his home turf of Pairc Naomh Uinsionn.
“It was a very competitive game for this time of the year,” said Pat following a brisk 70 minutes in the Marino chill.

Alan Moore’s early goal proved vital for the Stars who had Chris Crummey and Paul Winters in impressive mood.
The Stars led 1-11 to 0-13 at the interval. Fionn O Riain Broin struck some neat points for Dublin, while Cillian Costello also landed a pocket of treats.
