This action-packed Evening Herald Dublin SHC ‘A’ Group A clash with have to be played again after referee Eoin Mullarkey was forced to abandon the game owing to an injury with 15 minutes remaining at Russell Park on Friday night.
A bad leg injury suffered by St Brigid’s half-forward Pat Rohan in the second half saw the game held up for 15 minutes.
The sides were level 2-5 to 1-8 at half-time but by the time of the injury Craobh had opened up a six-point advantage.
Craobh’s goals game from a Derek O’Reilly penalty and Ger Ennis while Cian O’Mahony fired the Brigid’s effort to the net following good play from Dublin under-21 Daire Plunkett.
