Fresh from the success of capturing the inaugural FODH “Junior Hurling Club of the Year” Award, Naomh Barróg has progressed to the Leinster junior club hurling final. After a relatively easy workout against Wicklow champions, Newcastle, in the quarter final, the Kilbarrack side ground out a hard fought 0-8 to 0-7 victory in tough playing conditions against Fr Daltons Ballynore from Westmeath.
They will now meet Meath champions, St Mary’s Rataoth in the Leinster final. Well done to all concerned.
