Glen Whelan will captain the Dublin under-21 hurlers as they face Laois in Wednesday night’s Bord Gáis Energy Leinster U21HC clash at Parnell Park (7.30).
The Dubs will be looking for an improvement on their success in recent years at U21 level having made early exits in the past two seasons.
